As part of its initiatives to contribute to the development of social infrastructure in the Philippines, Mitsui & Co. has participated in the construction of a solar power plant in Rizal Province.
Despite the extremely challenging circumstances of construction during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mitsui dispatched personnel to the site, where they oversaw schedule and cost management, as well as coordination with local partner companies. Thanks to these efforts, the project was successfully completed and power generation has commenced.
